We offer a 30-day return policy specifically for items that are received in a damaged or defective state. If your Gravia™ mask arrives with any structural faults or transit damage, we are committed to making it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please ensure the following:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original premium packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number and email address used for the purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will automatically process your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or a complimentary replacement. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
